This glossy black and red jacket turned out incredible and Lucy was very accommodating. Since I needed it quick for my brother's birthday, I arranged my own shipping/pickup with Fedex, which turned out to be a mistake. Lucy was patient and worked with me through Fedex international, which was a nightmare.
