Ordered black metallic chains shorts. Arrived missing one chain from the right leg. I emailed photos. Support offered to send a replacement chain (not shorts) and said I could sew it myself. For €77, I expected better quality control. Fixed it myself but won't order chain styles again.
The coat looks great in photos, but the actual product quality did not meet my expectations. Two of the silver studs on the shoulder were loose right out of the box, and one fell off during my first evening wearing it out. For a garment with this much hardware, the attachments need to be much more secure.
I purchased purple leather shirt its amazing! It has a lightweight and durable appearance. While I was unsure about my size, Lucy assisted me with taking measurements to ensure the perfect fit. The delivery to Milan was also speedy and the customer service was exceptional.
