Shipping within EU is fast — 4 days to Sweden. Packaging is minimal but secure: recyclable black poly mailer, no plastic waste inside. Only complaint: the box was slightly crushed, but shorts were fine. Would like tracking updates more frequently.
Customer support is SLOW if you’re not in Europe. I’m in Illinois. Took 6 days to get a reply about a ripped zipper. When they did reply, they asked for photos (fine), then offered a 15% discount instead of a refund. Not great. Love the shorts. Hate the wait. Improve your ticket system
