The Dark Attitude partners with DHL Fedex UPS And USPS to provide our valued international customers (outside the United States and Canada) DHL shipping.

DHL cannot ship to international P.O. Box Addresses. All international and Canadian orders require a verifiable physical shipping address. We are unable able to ship through alternate couriers at this time.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $299 worldwide and over 200$ Free Shipping for USA and Canada Customers. Orders with standard shipping will ship via FEDEX SMARTPOST DHL,UPS. Our order handling time is about  4-6 business days.(some of leather products can be take 3 to 4 more days) After order processing, courier takes about 3-4 business days for delivery.

All orders shipping to a destination outside the USA are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country.

Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country’s Customs Department or Agency for inspection.

We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country. We do not benefit in any way from these charges, and we work very closely with our brokers and carriers to ensure as few delays as possible.

We are not responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes that are incurred during the delivery of your order/package.


SHIPPING CONFIRMATION:

Change of mind" includes purchases you have made in error eg accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour, items that don't fit the way that you would like or unwanted gifts.

We will accept change of mind returns provided they meet the following guidelines:

Return within 30 days

Return with proof of purchase

Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached

Protective hygiene sticker must be in place for swimwear returns

Returns must be made within the country of purchase to a store that stocks that brand.

Item is not listed as an excluded item as outlined below

You have 30 (days) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days with your receipt. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. A purchase made with a credit card: a refund will be issued to the original account. Please note delivery fees are not refundable once the order has shipped or if the merchandise is returned to the store

We're sorry things didn't work out! We will gladly refund or exchange all unwashed and unworn merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of your order date when accompanied by the original packing slip invoice for the price paid.
